ANIMAL MANAGEMENT (CATS AND DOGS) ACT 2008 - SECT 20

A seller who supplies a PPID to an authorised implanter must, within 7 days after supplying it, give to all licence holders a notice stating—

(a) the name and address of the implanter; and

(b) the PID number for the PPID.

Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
