Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive may approve forms for use under chapter 2, part 1, division 3, subdivision 3, chapter 6 or section 182.
(2) The chief executive officer of a local government may approve forms for use under this Act other than for the provisions mentioned in subsection (1).
