Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A restricted dog is a dog of a breed prohibited from importation into Australia under the Customs Act 1901 (Cwlth).

(2) Also, a dog is a restricted dog if it is the subject of a restricted dog declaration.
(3) In this section—
breed, of a dog, does not include a crossbreed of a breed.
