Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to this division, an interim order remains in force for such period, not exceeding 1 year, as the chief executive specifies in the order and for such further periods (if any) as the chief executive may from time to time order.
(2) An interim order shall not be in force for periods exceeding in the aggregate 2 years.
