Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive may enter into contracts for services with such persons having qualifications and experience appropriate to the proper discharge of the contracts as the chief executive thinks fit with a view to those persons acting as the chief executive's agents in preparing reports in connection with the making of assessments.
(2) Every person with whom the chief executive enters into a contract under subsection (1) shall be entitled to fees upon a scale from time to time approved by the Minister.
