Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The members of a committee are not personally liable to contribute toward the payment of debts and liabilities of, or any judgment against, the committee.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply in respect of a personal guarantee given by a member of a committee in respect of arrangements by a committee.
