Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister must, before the second anniversary of the commencement of section 36E, start a review of this part to ensure it is adequately meeting community expectations and its provisions remain appropriate.
(2) The Minister must, as soon as practicable after the review is finished, cause a report of the outcome of the review to be laid before the Legislative Assembly.
