Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive must make a decision on an application for internal review, and must give the applicant an information notice for the decision, within 28 days after the application is made.
(2) If a decision under subsection (1) is not made within the 28 day period, the chief executive is taken to have made a decision at the end of the period confirming the original decision.
