AGRICULTURAL STANDARDS ACT 1994 - SECT 59

(1) A person who attempts to commit an offence commits an offence.

Maximum penalty—half the maximum penalty for committing the attempted offence.

(2) The Criminal Code, section 4 applies to the attempt.
