AGRICULTURAL STANDARDS ACT 1994 - SECT 75
75 Amendment of regulation by Trade Measurement Legislation Repeal Act 2009 does not affect powers of Governor in Council
The amendment of the Agricultural Standards Regulation 1997 by the
Trade Measurement Legislation Repeal Act 2009 does not affect the power of the
Governor in Council to further amend the regulation or to repeal it.
