Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The registrar may allot to a local government a special brand to be used in connection with a public pound conducted by such local government and shall register such brand in the name of such local government.
(2) The keeper of such pound shall, on the sale of any horses or cattle impounded in such pound, brand the same with such brand.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2)--8 penalty units.
