Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if the chief executive reasonably suspects the fencing or other barriers for a regulated pool do not comply with the requirements of this Act for the fencing or barriers.
(2) The chief executive may, by notice given to the local government, inform the local government of the chief executive's suspicions.
(3) The notice must include information about the location of the regulated pool.
