Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsWhere an offence against this Act is committed by a body corporate each member of the governing body of that body corporate shall be taken to have committed the offence and may be punished for the offence accordingly, in addition to the body corporate, unless the member proves that the member had no knowledge of the commission of the offence or could not have prevented its commission by the exercise of reasonable diligence.
