Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A defendant must not break any condition of the undertaking on which the defendant was granted bail requiring the defendant's appearance before a court.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to—
(a) a defendant who is a child; or
(b) a condition that the defendant surrender into custody; or
