Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if an application is made to the court for a warrant for the apprehension of a person who has failed to appear before the court.
(2) The court may postpone the issue or enforcement of the warrant to allow the person a further opportunity to appear before the court.
