Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Section 11(3) and (4), as inserted by the Liquor and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2010, section 8 applies in relation to the release of a person on bail for an offence only if proceedings for the offence were started after the commencement of this section.
(2) For subsection (1), it is irrelevant whether the act or omission constituting the offence happened before or after the commencement.
