109 Appointments and authority

It is not necessary to prove the appointment of any of the following persons, or their authority to do anything under this Act—

(a) the EPA Minister;

(b) the DSDI Minister;

(c) the EPA chief executive;

(d) the DSDI chief executive;

(e) an inspector.
