Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The administering authority may delegate its powers under this Act, other than sections 30 and 35, to an appropriately qualified authorised officer or public service officer.
(2) In this section—
appropriately qualified, for a person to whom a power under this Act may be delegated, includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate to exercise the power.
