Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The administration authority may engage such officers, rangers and other employees as in its opinion are required for the proper planning, development and management of the park.
(2) Subject to all applicable industrial awards and agreements the engagement of employees by the authority shall be on such terms and conditions as the Governor in Council approves.
