Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If the registrar believes it is necessary in a particular case, the registrar may ask a person who gives the registrar information under this Act to verify the information by a statutory declaration made by the person.
(2) The registrar may refuse to act on the information until the verification is made.
