29 Offences committed by corporations

Where a person guilty of an offence against this Act—

(a) is a corporation; or

(b) is a person who purported to act for or on behalf of a corporation;

any director, secretary or other officer of the corporation who was knowingly a party to the offence shall also be guilty of that offence.
