BUSINESS NAMES ACT 1962 - SECT 4

(1) A registrar of business names is to be employed under the Public Service Act 2008.

(2) Deputy registrars of business names may be employed under the Public Service Act 2008.

(3) A deputy registrar may exercise the powers of the registrar.
