Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) An administrator may delegate the administrator's powers under this Act to an appropriately qualified public service employee.
(2) In subsection (1)—
administrator means—
(a) the chief executive; or
(b) the registrar.
appropriately qualified includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate to exercise the power.
