BUSINESS NAMES ACT 1962 - SECT 4C

4C Delegation by administrator

(1) An administrator may delegate the administrator's powers under this Act to an appropriately qualified public service employee.

(2) In subsection (1)—

administrator means—

(a) the chief executive; or
(b) the registrar.

appropriately qualified includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate to exercise the power.

Example of standing—
the level at which a person is employed within the public service
