BRISBANE TRADES HALL MANAGEMENT ACT 1984 - SECT 9

9 Sale not to constitute breach of trust

The sale of the whole or a part or parts of the Peel Street property in accordance with the provisions of this Act, by the trustees, shall not constitute a breach of trust by the trustees and no action or suit shall lie against the trustees in respect of such sale.
