Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsWhere, under a regulated mortgage, it is the duty of a mortgagor to keep goods subject to the mortgage in the mortgagor's possession or control at a particular place, or not to remove the goods from a particular place, a court may, on the application of the mortgagor, make an order approving the removal of the goods to some other place, and that other place shall, for the purposes of the mortgage, be deemed to have been substituted for the first mentioned place.
