CORPORATIONS (QUEENSLAND) ACT 1990 - SECT 68
68 Conferral of other functions and powers for purposes of law in Queensland
The commission has power to do acts in Queensland in the performance or
exercise of any function or power expressed to be conferred on the commission
by a national scheme law of another jurisdiction.
