CORPORATIONS (QUEENSLAND) ACT 1990 - SECT 7

The Corporations Law set out in the Corporations Act, section 82 as in force immediately before the repeal of that section--

(a) applies as a law of Queensland; and

(b) as so applying, may be referred to as the Corporations Law of Queensland.
