Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsThe Companies Auditors and Liquidators Disciplinary Board established under the Companies (Administration) Act 1981, part 3 may perform the functions and exercise the powers conferred on it under the Companies (Queensland) Code, part 2, division 2 in respect of applications made to it under subdivision B of that division before the commencement of this section.
