Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) At a meeting of a cooperative for the purpose of passing a special resolution, a declaration by the chairperson of the meeting that the resolution has been passed as a special resolution is evidence of that fact.
(2) A declaration by the returning officer for a postal ballot to pass a special resolution that the resolution has been passed as a special resolution is evidence of that fact.
(3) Subsection (1) does not apply if a poll is taken at the meeting of the cooperative.
