Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A coroner can not be called to give evidence in a proceeding about anything that came to the coroner's knowledge in performing a function of a coroner under this or another Act.
(2) However, this section does not apply to a proceeding relating to a coroner's suspension as a magistrate.
