CREMATIONS ACT 2003 - SECT 19

19 Regulation-making power

(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.

(2) Without limiting subsection (1), a regulation may—

(a) prescribe fees for this Act; or
(b) impose a penalty of not more than 20 penalty units for a contravention of a provision of a regulation.
