COMMUNITY AMBULANCE COVER ACT 2003 - SECT 29
29 Exemption from liability for levy
Liability for the levy is not imposed on a customer sale arrangement for a day
if, on that day or for any part of that day, the arrangement is an exempt
customer sale arrangement.
