COMMUNITY AMBULANCE COVER ACT 2003 - SECT 50

50 Local government exemption

A power card arrangement is an exempt power card arrangement if the power card premises for the arrangement are used by a local government only--

(a) for providing core local government services; or
(b) as public infrastructure.
