COMMUNITY AMBULANCE COVER ACT 2003 - SECT 62A
62A SEQ water distributor-retailer exemption
An on-supply arrangement is an exempt on-supply arrangement if the separate
area for the arrangement is used by a SEQ water distributor-retailer only for
performing its geographic area functions.
