Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if--
(a) an exempt customer sale arrangement is being dealt with by an electricity retailer, for the purposes of electricity accounts, as an exempt customer sale arrangement; and
(b) the customer sale arrangement stops being an exempt customer sale arrangement.
(2) The relevant customer for the arrangement must, within 28 days after the arrangement stops being an exempt customer sale arrangement, notify the electricity retailer in the approved form--
(a) that the arrangement has stopped being an exempt customer sale arrangement; and
(b) when the arrangement stopped being an exempt customer sale arrangement.
(3) This section applies subject to section 91A.
