Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Crime and Misconduct Commission, as established under this Act—
(a) has a common seal; and
(b) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
(2) Judicial notice must be taken of the imprint of the commission's seal appearing on a document and the document must be presumed to have been properly sealed, unless the contrary is proved.
