CRIME AND MISCONDUCT ACT 2001 - SECT 34

34 Principles for performing misconduct functions

It is the Parliament's intention that the commission apply the following principles when performing its misconduct functions—

(a) Cooperation
(b) Capacity building
(c) Devolution
(d) Public interest
