Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if, under section 111 of the repealed Crime Commission Act 1997, a person could not publish an answer, document, thing or information mentioned in that section without the written consent of the Queensland Crime Commission.
(2) To remove any doubt, it is declared that the commission may give written consent to the publication.
