Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) There shall be paid into the loan fund all loan moneys borrowed by the National Trust and received by it for a purpose of or connected with the Currumbin bird sanctuary.
(2) Moneys standing to the credit of the loan fund shall be applied only to the purpose or purposes for which those moneys were borrowed by the National Trust.
