Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive may, by written notice given to the applicant, require the applicant to give the chief executive further information or a document about the application within the reasonable time stated in the notice.
(2) The requirement must relate to information or a document that is necessary and reasonable to help the chief executive decide the application.
