Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive may issue a casino key employee licence or a casino employee licence on conditions the chief executive considers necessary or desirable in the public interest or for the proper operation of a casino.
(2) If the chief executive decides to issue a casino key employee licence or a casino employee licence on conditions the chief executive must immediately—
(a) give the applicant an information notice for the decision; and
(b) give a copy of the notice to the relevant casino operator.
