Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A casino operator must submit to the chief executive once at least in every 6 months a list of the licensees then employed in the casino.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
(2) The list must show in respect of each licensee—
(a) the licensee's name and current address; and
(b) the type of licence held by the licensee; and
(c) the number of the licence; and
(d) any other information prescribed.
