Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Each month, the Minister must pay into the community investment fund established under the Gaming Machine Act 1991, section 314(1), a percentage of all amounts received under section 51 by the chief executive by way of casino tax for the previous month.
(2) The amounts paid into the community investment fund are administered receipts under the Financial Accountability Act 2009.
(3) The percentage mentioned in subsection (1) is the percentage prescribed under a regulation.
