Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Court may, on the application of a credit provider or the Government Consumer Agency or a Government Consumer Agency of another jurisdiction, refuse to hear an application on the ground that it is more appropriate that the application be determined in another specified jurisdiction under the corresponding provisions of the corresponding laws of that jurisdiction.
(2) Before determining whether to refuse to hear an application, the Court must consider--
(a) whether the number of affected credit contracts in the other jurisdiction exceeds the number in this jurisdiction; and
(b) any other matter the Court considers relevant.
