Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Proceedings under this Division for a declaration of contravention and the imposition of a civil penalty for a contravention may not be brought after 6 years from the day the contravention happened.
(2) Subsection (1) applies despite any Act relating to the limitation of time for commencing actions.
(3) In this section--
contravention means contravention of a key requirement.
