Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A person who aids, abets, counsels or procures, or by act or omission is in any way directly or indirectly concerned in or a party to, the commission of an offence against this Code or the regulations is taken to have committed that offence and is liable to the penalty for the offence.
(2) A person who attempts to commit an offence against this Code or the regulations commits an offence and is punishable as if the attempted offence had been committed.
