Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Section 113A does not apply in relation to a contravention of a key requirement that happened more than 2 years before the commencement of the section.
(2) Subject to subsection (1), section 113A applies to a contravention of a key requirement that happened before the commencement of the section.
