Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If a mortgage is in the form of a written mortgage document and is not part of a credit contract, the credit provider must give the mortgagor a copy to keep, in the form in which it was made, within 14 days after it is made.
(2) This section does not apply if the credit provider has previously given the mortgagor a copy of the mortgage document to keep.
