CLEAN ENERGY ACT 2008 - SECT 2

The provisions of the Act, other than the following provisions, commence on a day to be fixed by proclamation—

(a) part 11, other than sections 40, 41 and 48;

(b) part 14, other than sections 108, 109 and 116.
