Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsThe public trustee may, if the public trustee consents to act, be appointed sole trustee, and shall thereupon, subject to the provisions of the Public Trustee Act 1978, act as trustee with respect to the administration of any scheme approved or certified under this Act.
